The language center CZ Lingua is dedicated to teaching Czech for foreigners in the Czech Republic at Prague. The language center offers courses at all levels – from beginner to advanced – individual or small group tuition, at your place of work, at your home or at our school. Effective, interesting, and enjoyable lessons, led by the friendly and professional teachers.

Monthly Intensive Courses
The duration of the courses is three weeks and they start on the first Monday in every month. The teaching plan includes 60 lessons, with each lesson taking 45 minutes. The courses run five times a week. The courses run all year round and are focused on practice and communication, with clear explanations and grammar exercises.
Summer Intensive Courses (COURSES AND ACCOMMODATION)

Six Month and One Year Intensive Course (preparing foreign students for studies at Czech universities)
Six month (half year) - Term date for the year 2011: 3rd January - 20th May
One year Intensive course - Term date for the year 2011/2012: 3rd October – 20th May
Very intensive eight-month courses and specialized courses dedicated to preparing foreign students for studying at Czech universities. The teaching plan includes 4 lessons per day (half year course more than 400 lessons total, one year Intensive course more than 600 lessons total) in a very small group of students. The small number of students provides individual attention to each student. This course focuses on practice and communication, with clear explanations and grammar exercises. Students interested in studying at a university in the Czech Republic can then sit for an entrance exam (which takes place every year in the first half of June) at the university that they choose, and if admitted, they can start studying the following school year. Those who enroll for other reasons (job etc.) will be able to communicate fluently and efficiently at work and in everyday life.
